The turf that I've got initially had some problems, it was burned in some areas due to excessive heat, but defect can happen in every product, the important thing how the provider supports customer in such cases. These guys were super helpful and the only reason I didn't buy from them is unfortunately they had sold out of what I needed. They helped me identify my grass, were super competitive, tried to secure a small quantity for me, offered the services to get someone to help lay the turf.
